Terms & Policies

Ordering Policy

All orders are processed and delivered within 5-7 business days through registered courier companies at your doorstep. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.<br /> For Shipment and Urgent Inquiries, please call at +923095926609.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in any way or some items are missing, please email us as soon as possible at orders@theshopeum.com.<br /> Please include your order number, missing item details or details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition. We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.</p> <p>Note: We are not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for missing items/damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the images of the damaged products.

Out of Stock Policy

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience caused due to out of stock products, mostly items are expected to be back in stock within 1-2 weeks</p> <p>In case your order has been accepted by us and items are out of stock, we will contact you within 2 (two) business days to discuss how you would like the order handled. However, if you’re not able to wait that long, we’ve a range of products in a similar category on that you might enjoy.</p> <p>Note: If an item is out of stock, you may either contact our customer care department, they will guide you to place the best alternative.

Return/ Refund Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24hrs, will receive a 100% refund. If the order is processed we will do our best to accommodate by refunding and will incur a 10% deduction from the amount paid for order.

Payment Policy

All orders are recognized at the ongoing price as mentioned in the website. Shopeum is designed to take prompt requests on the website and acknowledges online payments and cash payment at the time of the delivery of the product as well.</p> <p>Note: Online transaction data submitted by our customer is kept classified.
